Nicholas Brown, Production Manager

After working for nearly 40 years for several well-known London caterers and a deli sandwich shop chain in London, Nick became the co-founder of Zuppe in 2019.

Within a small manufacturing environment Nick follows his passion for great quality food products and creates every product using quality ingredients.  Nick and his team prepare each product by hand to ensure that we have control over the ingredients and ensuring that you always receive the highest standard of home-made soup and sauces.


Nicky Garner, Technical Manager

Nicky has worked in Food Safety for over 20 years and works closely with Nick and his team to ensure that our products comply with the stringent standards of hygiene and safety. Our products are tested throughout the production process and are regularly tested under laboratory conditions meaning you can always depend on complete product safety.
