After working for nearly 40 years for several well-known London caterers and a deli sandwich shop chain in London, Nick became the co-founder of Zuppe in 2019.

Within a small manufacturing environment Nick follows his passion for great quality food products and creates every product using quality ingredients.  Nick and his team prepare each product by hand to ensure that we have control over the ingredients and ensuring that you always receive the highest standard of home-made soup.
