Chicken & Vegetable Pie
Some nights you want something a bit more exciting without having to spend hours in the kitchen. That's what this 3-ingredient chicken pie is perfect for. Try it out for your next cosy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 400g Chicken & Veg Zuppe soup
- Puff pastry sheet
- 1 egg yolk
Method
- Pour your Zuppe into an oven-safe dish and heat it up in the microwave for 3 minutes
- Roll out and cut your pastry sheet to fit your oven dish - adding any extra shapes you'd like
- Put the pastry lid on the now hot soup-filled oven dish, crimping the edges to stay on.
- Cut a few slits in the pastry lid then egg-wash the final product before popping it in the oven for 15-20 minutes
