Ingredients

  • 400g Chicken & Veg Zuppe soup
  • Puff pastry sheet
  • 1 egg yolk

Method

  1. Pour your Zuppe into an oven-safe dish and heat it up in the microwave for 3 minutes
  2. Roll out and cut your pastry sheet to fit your oven dish - adding any extra shapes you'd like
  3. Put the pastry lid on the now hot soup-filled oven dish, crimping the edges to stay on.
  4. Cut a few slits in the pastry lid then egg-wash the final product before popping it in the oven for 15-20 minutes
